The service is available 24 hours 7 days a week. You can perform top-ups at any time of the day. - How do I write a local number in international number format?
Our service makes use of international number format, numbers without the international prefix number will not be recognized. We accept international numbers with the prefix +cc, 00cc, or cc (where cc is the country code).To get an international number format, you usually need to add the country code in front of the local number. You may also need to remove the leading 0 found in the local number. Here is an example of local number to international number format:

- How long does it take to perform a top-up?
A top-up is usually performed within seconds once payment is made. - What will be the final amount that will be transferred to the top-up recipient?
The top-up credit displayed represents the face value of credits that will be transferred to the recipient by Batelco. Some countries will be subject to taxes, the credits received will be exclusive from the taxes. - How will the recipient know that I sent a top-up?
The recipient will receive a text message informing him of the top-up. Use the message field to send a free short message to the recipient. - How do I pay?
If transacting via Phone then the payment amount will be deducted from your pre-paid balance of Batelco account.
