كيف يمكنني تحميل تطبيق bwallet؟
1. قم بتنزيل تطبيق bwallet من متجر أبل أو متجر غوغل.
2. انقر على زر “تسجيل” واتبع خطوات التسجيل للاشتراك في الخدمة.
3. بمجرد تأكيد حسابك عبر اتصال هاتفي، يمكنك إدخال معلومات بطاقتك الائتمانية وإضافة الأموال إلى حساب bwallet.
4. ابدأ بإرسال الأموال، واستلامها وطلب التحويلات المالية باستخدام هاتفك الذكي مع العديد من التجار ضمن البحرين.
تتم عملية إضافة النقود كالتالي:
1. حدد خيار إرسال الأموال من القائمة، سيتمكن العملاء من تحويل الأموال من حساب bwallet الخاص بهم إلى أي مستخدم للموبايل سواء أكان عميلاً يملك حساب bwallet أم لا.
2. يجب على الزبون إدخال رقم الموبايل الذي يرغب في إرسال المبلغ إليه مع المبلغ المطلوب ثم النقر فوق إرسال.
3. إذا كان المستلم زبوناً مسجلاً في خدمة bwallet، فسيتم تمويل حسابه فوراً.
4. إذا لم يكن المستلم زبوناً مسجلاً فيbwallet ، فسيتم إرسال رسالة نصية إلى الزبون لتنزيل تطبيق bwallet والتسجيل فيه حتى يتمكن من استلام المبلغ. سيتم الاحتفاظ بالمبلغ لمدة 5 أيام، وفي حالة عدم تسجيل المستلم في bwallet، سيتم إرجاع المبلغ إلى المرسل.
1. من خلال تحديد خيار الدفع للتاجر من القائمة يمكنك ببساطة مسح رمز QR الديناميكي الذي سيتم إنشاؤه بواسطة تطبيق التاجر لإكمال عملية الدفع.
2. يمكنك أيضاً الدفع للتاجر بإدخال رقم الموبايل الخاص بالتاجر والمبلغ الذي تم دفعه من طرف الزبائن، وسيكون هذا الخيار مفيداً للأعمال التجارية المنزلية وتجار تسليم البضائع للمنزل.
1. من خلال تحديد خيار طلب أموال من القائمة، سيتمكن العملاء من طلب مبلغ مالي من زبون آخر مسجل في bwallet.
2. يجب أن يقوم الشخص الذي يطلب النقود بإدخال رقم موبايل زبون آخر في bwallet مرفقه بالمبلغ المطلوب وإرسال الطلب.
3. سيتم إرسال الطلب إلى المرسل إليه إما لقبول طلب المعاملة المالية أو رفضها.
4. بمجرد اتخاذ الإجراء، يتلقى الطالب إشعاراً بموافقة المرسل إليه أو رفضه.
١. تحديث تطبيق bwallet وتسجيل الدخول.
٢. اختر “الحوالات الدولية”.
٣. اختر “تحويل الأموال”.
٤. تحديد طريقة تحويل الأموال: التحويل البنكي أو المحفظة الإلكترونية أو استلام النقود.
٥. حدد الدولة الوجهة، وأدخل تفاصيلها ثم انقر على كلمة “حفظ”.
٦. أدخل مبلغ التحويل، سيتم عرض رسوم المعاملة والمبلغ المتبقي في حسابك.
٧. انقر على زر “متابعة” وقم بتأكيد عملية التحويل.
