• How can I get Home Broadband in 1 day?

  Home Broadband in 1 day ensures that you are connected within one day of subscribing to Batelco Fiber, to benefit from speeds up to 1Gbps enabling browsing, gaming, and streaming without limits.

  When you sign up for a new Fiber fixed line, you will have the option to receive a temporary mobile broadband sim card with free 500GB will be delivered within 1 business day of your order, and/or a router if required on a rental basis for only BD2/month while you wait for your Fiber installation.

  Once your Fiber line is installed, your free temporary mobile broadband sim card with 500GB will expire after 30 days and will be automatically upgraded to 1TB at BD8 per month. If you wish to cancel, please call 196.

• How do I receive my free 500GB mobile broadband sim card?

  If you place your Fiber order online, your free 500GB mobile broadband sim card will be delivered within 1 business day (Sunday – Thursday).
  If you visit a retail shop to place your Fiber order, you will receive your free 500GB mobile broadband sim card at the retail shop.

• How do I receive my mobile broadband device?

  The mobile broadband router will be delivered within 1 working day (Sunday-Thursday) to your home. After 30 days of your Fiber installation, one of our representatives will contact you to arrange for the pick-up of the mobile broadband device.
  If you wish to keep the device, a monthly charge of BD2 will apply.

• What happens to the free 500GB after 30 days?

  After 30 days of your Fiber installation, you will be charged BD8 per month and the 500GB will automatically be upgraded to 1TB. If you wish to cancel, please call 196.

• How do I switch from another provider?
  • It’s simple, you can switch to Batelco by contacting us through any of our channels or call us on 196.
  • By switching to Batelco Fiber, you will receive unlimited data on all packages with no price increase after 1 year and no hidden fees.
• What is the maximum speed I can expect from Batelco Fiber Broadband?
