If you are travelling outside the Kingdom of Bahrain and your Apple® iPhone® displays ‘No Service’ or is connected to a carrier not listed under Batelco’s roaming partners, you can manually select a Network following the steps below.
- On your mobile home screen, tap Settings.
- Tap Cellular.
- Tap on ‘Cellular Network’ or ‘Network Selection’.
This option will only be available if you are travelling outside the Kingdom of Bahrain.
- Tap on ‘Automatic Switch’ to turn off the automated selection.
- Once the available networks appear, tap the desired network to avoid roaming charges.
Kindly allow up to 2 minutes for the carrier listing to appear.

- Look for the signal bars or a carrier name to confirm that you are connected to the right network.
