  • Red Box Premium: A technician will visit your premises for a site survey to assess the layout of the house, and the number of devices required to cover the whole area. The technician will extend transparent Fiber Optic cables from your router to the Red Box Premium devices. The installation can take place during the survey visit or during another scheduled visit.
• What is the maximum number of Batelco Red Boxes I can get on my Fiber plan?
  • Red Box:you are eligible to get up to 10 Batelco Red Boxes devices
  • Red Box Premium: The basic package comes as a set (1 router + 2 Red Box Premium devices). A maximum of 14 Red Box Premium devices can be added.
