The below changes on Super 5 and Super 7 Mobile Postpaid Packages will be effective on 06-Feb-2019.
The new exclusive monthly package rental will be BD6.3 for Super 5 and BD8.4 for Super 7 with the below details effective from bills issued after 06-Feb-2019 and onwards.
The new exclusive monthly package rental will be BD8 with the below details effective from bills issued after 06-Feb-2019 and onwards.
No service penalties will be charged if the line is terminated before 06-Feb-2019, except for device or nice number related penalties

“With regards to data usage, the Customer agrees that Batelco’s mobile data services are provided on network resources and infrastructure shared between Batelco Customers. Batelco is committed to provide the best possible mobile data service at all times to all its Customers and therefore applies a Fair Usage Policy to ensure that Customers act reasonably when using Batelco’s mobile data services. Batelco will continually measure the performance of its mobile data network and take appropriate measures against users that make excessive use of the mobile data service and whose activities significantly contribute towards the risk of reduced speeds and/or quality of service for the rest of Batelco Customers. These measures may include notification to the Customer for excessive usage, moving the Customer to a different data plan or restriction of download speed for the Customer”
** Free Social Media : The social basket (applications) is subject to change at Batelco’s discretion. Fair usage policy applies (10GB).
Please note that for the above changes taking effect after the 06-Feb-2019, the following will apply:
- You have the option within 30 days of receiving the notice to cancel your Postpaid subscription with no early service termination fee by visiting Batelco shops, this excludes subscription fees payable for a device or equipment bundled. Customer has additional 30 days from the change date to terminate the line to exit without any penalties except for subscription fees payable for a device or equipment bundled.
If you decided to cancel your Postpaid subscription once that notice has run out, then service termination including device or equipment bundled will be applied
