Batelco, as part of its initiative to showcase its business communications solutions, recently welcomed members of the InterContinental Regency Hotel’s management to Batelco Headquarters in Hamala. The group included Regional General Manager Bahrain & Kuwait Michael Koth, Executive Assistant Manager Mohammed Sanad and Technology Manager Roy Chacko.
The visit included a tour of Batelco’s Customer Experience Centre which is a state-of-the-art facility designed and developed around the needs of customers, giving them the opportunity to experience the latest innovative products and services offered by Batelco.
