Batelco’s Housing Scheme Allowance Programme is available for the Company’s permanent Bahraini staff to help them finance personal residential projects such as the purchase of a house, building or land, or to carry out maintenance on their existing property in Bahrain. Through the Housing Scheme Programme Batelco covers a substantial amount of the interest for the overall principle amount.

Batelco Bahrain General Manager HR & Corporate Services and Chairperson of the Housing Scheme Programme Suhaila Alnowakhda said that Batelco recognises that its employees are the most valuable asset of the company and accordingly every effort is made to enhance their work and lifestyle experience.

“The Housing Scheme Allowance Programme forms part of Batelco’s strategy to offer as much support as possible for committed employees. We have adopted this programme for many years with numerous employees benefitting from the scheme over the years,” said Mrs. Alnowakhda.
