  Prepaid Credit Advance is a service that allows you to advance credit when you need it the most and pay it back in the next refill.

• Who is eligible for Prepaid Credit Advance?

  The service is available to Batelco prepaid customers, including Lucky customers, who are active for more than 3 months and successfully meet the qualifying criteria.

• How can I request Prepaid Credit Advance?

  You can request an Prepaid Credit Advance by sending “CREDIT” to 99199.
  If you want to request a specific amount, you can send “AC amount” to 99199.

  You can also receive an Advance Credit offer via SMS when your balance reaches BD 0.200 or less.

• What can I use the Prepaid Credit Advance for?

  You can use the advanced credit for any transaction, including but not limited to:

  • Making local and international calls;
  • Sending SMS;
  • Browsing the internet;
  • Activation of Packages;
  • Renewal of Packages;
  • Activation of Data add-ons.
• How much will be charged for the service?

  A service fee of 20% (plus VAT) of the advanced amount is charged as commission and will be deducted from credit amount in your next refill.

• How do I pay the Advanced Credit?

  When you refill your prepaid account, the outstanding advanced credit amount (including the service fee) will be deducted automatically. In case the value of your refill is lower than the outstanding amount, a partial collection will be applied, and the remaining debt will be deducted upon your next refill.
