Refund of the subscription monthly charges will be given to the customer for 12 months from the day of the subscription (within the One Plan contract period).
Refund Eligibility: Only one service can be refunded within 12 months from the date of subscription.
Refund Priority: If you’re subscribed to both OSN and Shahid, only Shahid will be refunded.
Refund Limit: Refunds are only available for One Plan; on the Primary number, on either OSN or Shahid.
Refund after Unsubscribing: If you’ve received a refund for Shahid, and then unsubscribed from Shahid while keeping OSN, you will not be eligible for a refund on OSN.
Plan Changes: Refund eligibility stops if you change to any mobile postpaid plan other than the One Plan.
Upgrade Eligibility: If you upgrade to a new One Plan, you’re eligible for a refund, but the date of your initial subscription will be considered for the refund. Discounts apply to the Primary number subscribed to either Shahid or OSN, regardless of mobile postpaid plan changes.
Free Subscription: You’re allowed one free subscription per One Plan. If you have multiple One Plans activated, only one free subscription is allowed per Primary number.
Subscription Eligibility: Refunds are available one the Primary number of the One Plan (mobile), while Secondary numbers (mobile or fiber) can subscribe with fees as normal.
Primary Number Change: If you change your Primary number, the subscription will need to be activated again on the new number, and the old subscription will be stopped.
