**Supporting Youth Development**

Batelco, as part of its commitment to the community and improving the prospects of young people, is supporting a new Unemployment Training Programme in cooperation with the Capital Governorate and Ministry of Labour. The programme has been designed to help Bahrain’s youth to understand the local market in order to be best prepared to seek employment or to set up their own business.

The new initiative will be implemented through a four day training event which will take place at the Ministry of Labour’s premises, main Conference Hall, from September 14 to 17. Batelco will be delivering training for participants on September 16 and 17. Batelco will also participate in a career fair that will be held at the conclusion of the training programme on the final day of the event.

Batelco’s training programme will include informative materials for aspiring entrepreneurs as well as all the essentials for those in the job market, including instruction on how to write a CV that will impress employers and how to succeed in interviews.
