**Minister meets with Batelco Chairman and tour’s Facilities**

Batelco Chairman Shaikh Hamad bin Abdulla Al Khalifa was delighted to welcome H.E. the Minister of Education Dr. Majid bin Ali Al Nuaimi and his delegation to Batelco Headquarters in Hamala, Thursday November 6.

Shaikh Hamad was supported on the tour by Batelco Group Chief Executive Alan Whelan, plus a number of Batelco’s General Managers and other officials.

During the meeting Shaikh Hamad and the Minister discussed bilateral relations and a number of key mutual points of interest aimed at enhancing the strong relations both organisations enjoy. As part of the visit, the Minister and his delegation visited Batelco’s Training Centre where they were briefed on the Centre’s operations by Head of Human Resources and Union Relations Shaikh Bader Al Khalifa.

The visitors also visited Batelco’s  Customer Experience Centre (CEC) where they were briefed by Batelco Enterprise Division General Manager Adel Daylami followed by a tour of the Company’s Call Centre where Consumer Division General Manager Muna Al Hashimi outlined the daily operations of the Centre, the largest facility of its kind in the Kingdom. To conclude the visit to Batelco Headquarters, Mr. Daylami also demonstrated Batelco’s capabilities in Video Conferencing for Dr. Al Nuaimi, at Batelco’s customised Video Conferencing facility.
