Selected Unused Payphones to be removed by Batelco
**Customer Feedback Welcomed**
Batelco, Bahrain’s leading communications company is focused on continually reviewing its products and services to best meet the needs of Bahrain’s residents. As part of this commitment, Batelco is requesting feedback from its customers regarding a number of its public payphones that are rarely or never used which the Company plans to remove from service.
The selected payphones have been marked with stickers and Batelco asks customers to contact them within 60 days of the date of this announcement with any objection they may have to the removal of these specific phones.
Batelco carried out a similar exercise in 2011 and 2012 when a number of rarely used payphones were removed following consultation with customers.
Customers are asked to forward their concerns by calling Batelco Customer Care Helpdesk on 196, available around the clock, every day of the year, or by calling TRA’s free hotline on 81188
