• Who is eligible to enter the raffle?

  All new contracted subscribers to Batelco’s Postpaid, Fiber and Mobile Broadband, with a minimum of BD 9 monthly rental during the campaign period.
  All new subscribers to mobile device installment plans during the campaign period.
  All subscribers purchasing mobile devices in cash during the campaign period.

• What are the channels which allow me to enter the raffle?

  To enter the raffle, you must subscribe or purchase through the Batelco app or shop.batelco.com.

• Is there any further action required to enter the raffle?

  No, all eligible subscribers who subscribe during the promotion period will enter the raffle automatically.

• How will I know if I entered the raffle?

  Eligible subscribers will receive an SMS and email from Batelco after their purchase or subscription to confirm the order and raffle entry.

• If I subscribe twice during the promotion period, will I receive two raffle entries?

  Each subscription (Fiber Broadband, Mobile Broadband, Postpaid and Mobile Devices) shall be treated as a singular entry into the raffle. Customers will be allotted one entry for each subscription or purchase.

• If I won the raffle, can I claim the prize in cash?

  No, the prize must be claimed as a travel voucher for the designated destination.

• If I won the raffle, can I change the destination?

  No, the destination is fixed.

• What is the validity of the vacation package?

  The vacation package is valid for 12 months from the date you receive the prize.

• Can I select friends or other family members for the vacation package?

  Yes, you can select up to 4 friends or family members in total. However, if any of them are over the age of 12, there will be a price difference for the airfare.

• How many winners will be selected?

  A total of 8 winners. One winner will be selected weekly during the campaign period.

• If I entered the raffle this week, will I be included in the upcoming raffles?

  Yes, your entry will be included in all the raffles until the end of the campaign.

• How will I know that I won this week’s raffle?

  Weekly winners will be announced on Batelco’s Instagram channel and will be contacted by a Batelco representative.

• When does the promotion end?

  The last day of the promotion is 2 September 2024.
