Batelco Provides Solutions for Bahrain and Kuwait Restaurant Company

Batelco, Bahrain’s leading business communications services provider, is pleased to announce that it will be providing a complete communications solution to the Bahrain & Kuwait Restaurant Company, which is part of Americana Group.

As part of the provisioning, Batelco is providing Unified Communications, IP Telephony and Contact Centre solutions for the Company’s main Call Centre that serves KFC, Hardees and Pizza Hut. Once the service is in place, 36 agents will be able to receive customers’ calls concurrently, 24 hours a day. Batelco is also delivering IP Telephony for the Company’s Bahrain Corporate Head office to provide services for over 100 users.
