Batelco Bahrain Chief Executive Rashid Abdulla was delighted to welcome a delegation from Gulf Air to Batelco Headquarters in Hamala, recently. Mr. Abdulla was accompanied by Consumer Division General Manager Muna Al Hashimi to welcome Gulf Air Acting Chief Executive Officer Maher Salman Al Musallam, Acting Chief Financial Officer Sahar Ataei and Director Information Technology Dr. Jassim Haji. Batelco and Gulf Air have enjoyed a longstanding relationship and such visits serve to enhance their already well-established association.

As part of the visit, Gulf Air Senior Management members toured Batelco’s Customer Experience Centre which is a state-of-the-art facility designed and developed around customers needs giving them the opportunity to experience the latest innovative products and services offered by Batelco. The Centre features all of Batelco’s latest communication and ICT products, services and solutions in one convenient and modern location. Experienced consultants are on hand at the Centre to answer any questions and provide businesses with advice on the best solutions for their requirements.

Among the key products & services showcased at the Centre are Batelco Network Infrastructure, Data Centre, Unified Commuications, Collaboration and Mobility solutions.  Also included are comprehensive Physical & IT Security Solutions, high speed data and internet connectivity along with relevant management tools.
