Batelco Officials Visit Muharraq Social Welfare Centre to Celebrate the Special Occasion

Batelco has marked the occasion of Mother’s Day in Bahrain with a visit to retirees at Muharraq Social Welfare Centre to distribute gifts. Batelco officials were delighted to have the opportunity to visit the residents of Muharraq Social Welfare Centre and hand out gifts of perfume and roses to mark the special day.

To celebrate ladies at Batelco who are mothers, Batelco Bahrain CEO Eng. Muna Al Hashemi sent a special greeting card to each of them. Additionally, to bring joy to all ladies who are part of the Batelco family huge baskets of roses were available at Batelco’s premises for staff to take a rose for themselves or to take home to their mothers or any of the important ladies in their families. Baskets of roses were also available at four of Batelco’s Retail Shops for customers to take home to their wives and mothers.

Batelco Bahrain CEO Eng. Muna Al Hashemi said that the elderly play a very prominent part in Bahraini family life and Batelco was very pleased to present gifts to them to show appreciation for their efforts in building the Kingdom of Bahrain that we have today.

Eng. Al Hashemi also praised working mothers at Batelco saying their efforts in being homemakers while also holding down a career demonstrated strength and dedication, and was very much appreciated.
